Artchiclectic is a private collection. Its name is its method: art, a certain idea of chic, and eclecticism as a principle rather than an accident.
It holds works on paper and sculpture, artists' books and magazines, design and furniture. The avant-gardes of the twentieth century sit beside what comes from the street and the studio; a historical piece may answer one made yesterday. Nothing here is ranked by period or by prestige.
What binds these pieces is neither a movement nor a market value, but a kind of attention: to dedications, to provenance, to the hands a work has passed through. Each entry records what is known, and nothing more.
The collection refuses to line up behind a single story, and it is not closed. The site grows with it.
